Artesian wells
An artesian well, also called a tube well, is created by drilling a layer of soil or impermeable rock to reach a sheet of water: the artesian sheet.
An artesian well is necessary when you:

Pumping systems
The pumping system is the set of devices that generate pressure used to convey water to the place of consumption.

- the variable pressure system fluctuates according to the level of consumption the constant pressure system which has the advantage of not undergoing pressure fluctuations since it is equipped with a computerized system that monitors the pressure in the water pipes in order to vary the speed of the pump motor according to demand.

Hydrofracturation
Puits Artesiens Monette also offers hydrofracturing or hydraulic fracturing services. Hydrofracturing makes it possible to release blocked cracks using pressurized water, in order to increase the flow rate of a well.
We chose to use this technique because it is both effective and healthy. No harmful product is spilled into the water and the intervention involves little risk of contamination by pathogens.
Strainer
The function of the strainer is to capture water in the sand or gravel. It is a stainless steel tube inserted into the well up to the artesian water table.
